Case No Status

My K 1 application was approved on 12 March 20. It has been at Ready Status at the Manila Embassy since 13 April 20. We have still not received an

appointment letter. Now I find my application has expired. The Embassy says that they will make a case by case decision on expired cases, but I am concerned as to how they will process my file with no appointment letter and a case with no status? Oh, my MNL case number does not work now. I have to use the D 160 confirmation number.

What appointment letter?  K1s schedule there own interviews.   Manila is not yet doing routine interviews

MNL number only works on the immigrant tracker.   Your snip is of the nonimmigrant tracker

My K 1 application was approved on 12 March 20. It has been at Ready Status at the Manila Embassy since 13 April 20. We have still not received an appointment letter. USEM does not send out an appointment letter. You are responsible for scheduling your interview. Go to the embassy website where you will find all the directions on what needs to be completed at the stage that you are at.

Now I find my application has expired. Your case is valid for one year. Your case can be extended four months at a time till it reaches the full year. The embassy, when they open, will honor your NOA2 expiration date. So there should not be a concern of yours.

The Embassy says that they will make a case by case decision on expired cases, but I am concerned as to how they will process my file with no appointment letter and a case with no status? See above.

Oh, my MNL case number does not work now. I have to use the D 160 confirmation number. This was explained above.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of the conversation. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will better prepare you for your interview.

Also, @Hank_ has a website that walks you through the process for USEM interview. Here is the link.
