Hi everyone!

I am finally close to filing - I am just waiting on a couple more documents, and everything should be ready to be sent next week (the I-130 and I-485, along with other support forms and evidence).

My question is: due to the injunction, can I send a check with the old fees, and that the EAD and travel document fees are still waivered?

This site has been incredibly helpful throughout this process. Thank you all so much!

As far as I know, you have to pay for I-765 now as well due to the recent changes. Please check the USCIS web page to confirm.

Recent changes are currently under a court order stay and were not implemented

YMMV

You should check the USCIS website:

https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator

OP doesn't have to pay for I-765 or I-131.

Awesome, thank you! I checked the fee calculator, and it says no cost when filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently.
