Hello everyone,

I sent my I-751 paperwork about 1 month ago, and got the extension letter like 2 weeks ago.

My divorce was finalized today and I have the divorce decree.

Should I send the divorce paperwork to USCIS now? or should I wait for the RFE???

In case that I send it now, how that works???

thanks

You should wait for the RFE.

I assume you filed the i751 waver with the divorce option you did not point out which i751 option you filed.

If you filed a joint application you would need to refile i751 with the waver.

Best not to send evidence without an RFE as there is routing info on the RFE itself that gets the info to your file there a good chance it would be lost without it.

With the i751 filed with a waver USCIS will RFE you for a copy of your final divorce decree for sure.

Good luck to you
