How to fill some fields in N-400 Citizenship form, Please advice.

1) In Section: ABOUT YOU

Height: I am 5 feet 9.6 inches (What should I write there ? 5'10" ?)

2) In Section: WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED

(In last 5 yrs, I have been out of US 6 times to my home country and lived there for few months on every visit ranging from 45 days and maximum 175 day visits back home.)

So my Question is do I need to mention my back home visits aswell and my back home country address aswell in the addresses list ?

3) Also should the addresses I lived dates should be exact, for some addresses I dont recollect exact date, is 2-3 days here and there fine ?

4) Were your parents Married before your 18th birthday ? YES or NO ? (My Mother expired before my 18th birthday, what would be my response to this question ?)

MORAL CHARACTER (Party or group affiliations)

5) Have you EVER been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world?

(is this referring to my employment with BPO / IT /Finance Companies back home in India before I came to US ?)

6) Do you now have, or did you every have, a hereditary title or an order of nobility in any foreign country ?
(Can anyone give me few examples of this)

1) 5"9 or 5"10 should be okay. But since you are closer to 5"10 you should go with that.

2) Wait for others to respond, but I would think Yes! You have to list all addresses.

3) The exact truth or as close as you can recall.

4) Sorry about that.

Before your 18th birthday doesn't mean exactly when you turned 18. It means anytime before you turned 18, so at some point when you were 1 day old up to 18 years old.

5) Not sure what BPO is but unless it is a political party, club, foundation, society... I am guessing the answer to that one is NO. Otherwise the question would have been "have you ever worked in the US or any location in the world".

6) In the UK they have Counts, Lords, Princes... for example. In India they have/had Maharajahs, Rajas, Thakurs, Thakores,Kartha... (based on google search)

Hope that helps.

I rounded my weight down!!

Were your parents get married before your birth up to before you were 18

With group affiliations, the USCIS looks for politically motivated groups.

I included my Union Guild membership for example, as they have political PACs.

I now need answer just for this one:

2) In ABOUT YOU Section: WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED

mind you in the In ABOUT YOU section there is another section "Travel Outside the US" so there is a section explicitly asking for the travel history in the last 5 yrs so dont mix them up.

Have you EVER not filed a federal, state, or local tax return since you became a lawful permanent resident?

I got visa (I551) in November 2014, travelled to US in December 2014. Got my GC in December 2014
And went back to home country in January 2015
returned to US in June2015, Applied and got SSN# in July 2015, could not find a Job in US for the next 8 months. Means no income in 2015.

I got job in Mid 2016 so I started filing Taxes from 2016. 2017, 2018 and 2019.

So what should I do file back dated returns for 2014 & 2015 or any other suggestions ?
