Thank you, you will schedule it needs just time, everyone will get visa, we knew K1 takes for about 1,5 years normally so during covid it's more complicated be patient! Good luck!🌺

yeah COVID has created such a disaster on so many levels this year. Oct K-1's would have been approved by May/June 2020...but COVID had to come and screw that all up for everyone.

We are done. She got approved November 2nd. We're just waiting on some personal things to be taken care of this month and I hope they don't shut down public transportation/Airports but Late November/Early december she will be coming to me in the states.

Do you have a question about Medical exam though?

No I know it valid for 2 months I got a letter from embassy that I can start to gather documents but still can't schedule an interview so it will be in outime though waiting is so long

For us in Ukraine her medical exam expires after 6 months..so right now her VISA for entry expires April 10th 2021. If COVID shuts down the country again and she can't get a flight till after this, then we will have to go another medical exam and go back to the embassy for visa/passport renewal of expiration.

What questions do they ask at interview?

1. name of fiancé in america

2. where does he work and what does he do

3. what do you love/hate about him

4. if you get into argument what will be the procedure to rectify the situation.

5. are you a prostitue

6. are you pregnant.

7. do you want to be a prostitue in america

8. Do you have thoughts of suicide

9. Name all immediate family members in his family

10. what is his birthday

11. What dates did you meet him in person?

12. Why after dating just over 1 year do you feel like you already want to marry him?

13. (Trick Question) Do you know your fiancé has children? ( i do not but they wanted to see what she would say)

14. (trick Question ) do you know your fiancé was married twice before ( i have never been married)

15. Do you want to have children with your fiancé?

16. what will you do in America?

They spent over 45 min looking over my (american) financial paperwork with a fine tooth comb. They asked her a lot of questions from that but i can't remember what they were/nor does she. (was a real stressful day for her). Interview was almost 3 hours long start to finish.

My buddy who married russian wife said the same thing for her....they focused on her every moment to see if maybe she was going to lie on these questions....seems to be pretty standard questions across the board but I have limited information on that.

she said  " Of course not!"

1 of the 3 girls i mentioned which she is friends now actually started to give smart remark about these questions and we think this is why they decided to add a new rule for her approval for more police records to be collected and initially denied her.

I just spoke to her and i made a mistake...The suicide question and pregnant questions was only at medical exam.

They stopped scheduling appointments... There is a notice on their website ''As of November 16, the United States Embassy in Ukraine is unable to offer routine nonimmigrant visa appointments, including K visas. We will resume routine visa services as soon as possible but are unable to provide a specific date at this time''.

I guess they stopped it because the changes in the government, so hopefully it won't take long till they renew their work again.
