I had send in my I-751 packet and the lockbox received it on 14th Sep. Its going to be month tomorrow and I have no receipt number. USCIS has no clue too.

I have called up USCIS several times and they asked me to call back in another week. But so far there is no update. I am told I should get the receipt number in 15 days.

Any one knows if it takes this long ?

Any idea if I should reapply or still wait out ?

Did you check if your payment is processed? My friend's check was cashed 1 week after the package was delivered last Sept 29, 2020. She is still waiting for the receipt but they sent text message with the case number already.

if your check was cashed out, you are good. some times applications go extended review due to some flagging up on initial review. It can take about 30 days. My guess is you might hear something very soon

duh

Mine was also received on Oct. 5!

My credit card was charged (I paid with the G-1450 form) on Oct. 16, and I also got a text from USCIS with my receipt # on the same day.

Then on Oct. 19 I received the notice in the mail.

I didn't ask any more about it though since he said I should be receiving my conditional GC in the mail soon and an EAD & AP would be useless at this point. ._.
