Anybody getting any luck for getting back into the US after leaving the US more than 1 year

My mom had 10 year green card, she own a home, filed tax, has checking account, she 65 and stayed out of the US more than 12 months. I know that Sb-1 visa is risky. Im taking a chance by let my mom just fly into the US and pray that the Border Patrol will let her in.

 

Do you know anybody else have done anything like this?
