lol... i have NO idea what behaviour like that is for a dog.. they are strange creatures for sure.. but hey so awesome :)

umm if a dog is dragging his bum across the floor, that means his ####### glands need to be expressed (by a vet)... so.. not such a good thing..

Been working at a vet hospital for 5 years and it's actually not a pretty sight and sometimes.. (sigh.. gross)

Yep....that's what I eluded to; unfortunately I have a Puggle, and she goes in every 6 weeks. It's pretty bad when your VET makes a face (P UUUUU!) :P
