AOS USCIS reviewing my Form I-485 since Nov 2019 at Honolulu HI

Hi, 

USCIS is been reviewing my I-485 form since Nov 2019 for AOS, It's been so long for just reviewing the form, and i don't know how long more it will be?, i don't have social security or driver license.  

Should I apply for work permit?  or what should i do to expedite the processing time. it's gonna be over a year.

 

Please if you have any ideas or tips for my case i will be  really appreciated.

Unfortunately it sounds as if you and your spouse did not do your research before you immigrated. SSN should have been obtained after you arrived and EAD and AP should have been applied when you filed for AOS. You can file for EAD now using your receipt number for the AOS so you don’t have to pay a separate fee. Please do your research when it comes to removal of conditions, the next part in the process,s to avoid giving yourself a headache.

There is no expediting adjustment of status.

What is your status? Is it ready to schedule for interview? I know somebody who filed end of December and will have the interview next week so you're probably close.

you cannot expedite AOS just like that. You should have applied EAD/AP when applying AOS
