Unfortunately, they keep saying their IV and NIV routine services are still suspended. It's so frustrating! I did however see one person who filed an emergency expedite and had an interview. Other than that it's been slient. We are all still waiting too 😟.

I know!! It feels like forever since we received our NOA1. I guess we can only be patient and keep waiting... Thank you for your answer

Is your spouse Venezuelan?  They had expedited interviews earlier but they cancelled those as well.  They shut it down since March.  No word of return because of the concern for safety of their staff and people arriving.  It's too complicated to hold interviews and ensure social distancing to have families reunited and get people with their loved ones.

However, McDonald's is open.

my fiancee was given an appointment however was just to give them the medical packet that we had to redo because they had expired. our case went to non immigrant shortly afterwards and now just waiting for some good news hopefully.

I see your profile says Administrative Review - do you know why you got put into that?

I'm the beneficiary, and I'm in Venezuela. The waiting is so frustrating. On the "bright" side all dates for appointments are non available for these year and two weeks ago there were still dates open for Nov and Dec... So maybe they are starting..? 🙏🏻

That's great! I hope they give you good news soon. Is she from Colombia?

not anytime soon.   That tells me they don't expect interviews to happen this year.  don't think you will see any changes until after the election here.

Do you mind me asking how long you were in administrative processing?

Awww... 😢

The only thing left is to keep praying everything goes well with that, and our processes continue their course.
