If I fly back in a few days time it will be one year and a few days since I left the USA. Are CBP likely to send me to immigration court? Or just ask me a lot of questions. I'm so scared. How long is it usually til an immigration court date?

Please review the advice given in your other thread --

These has already been answered by multiple people multiple times. Asking them again will not change the answers. You're wasting precious time by being on here intead of making a decision. Your options (once again) are:

1. Fly back immediately (most likely to be successful but if you continue to waste time, you will not be successful with this option)

2. Surrender the card (which will lead to basically having to do the spousal visa to enter the US. You and your husband probably will have difficulty meeting outside the US due to COVID. No guarantees on how the virus will continue to affect international travel next year.

Wherever you end up, please also see a therapist about your crippling anxiety.

You’ve asked this before and it’s been answered. The answers will not change.
