Hi I'm an 18 year old admitted in the US when I was 17 as a legal permanent resident allowing me to acquire my citizenship through my dad's naturalization. We were supposed to apply for my passport but my dad lost his naturalization certificate so we're in the process of applying for a new one to apply again. I'm currently waiting for my green card and I was just wondering if its possible to go outside of the US when they're processing my US passport and they can just mail it to me in the Philippines for me to gain entry to the US again?
