Need help: I-751 Pending, Should I file N-400?

I don't know. I submitted my I 751 and it is being handled in Vermont. 172 days have gone by and no appointment for fingerprints yet.

Well, faster for a ROC processing center. Which is still way too slow but not as bad as other service centers, California for example.

When I filed in 2018 vermont was very very slow as in I'm still waiting in 2020 for i-751 slow... The other service centers were going much faster. 

 

For the OP I think since you got an RFE you're almost at the end. If it were me I'd wait.

I agree with the folks who say you should wait it out a couple of more weeks, since typically RFE means approval is near (fingers crossed!) If I were you I would wait 4-6 weeks after your RFE materials were received before submitting N-400.

Yes, I sent all that was asked. I did anticipate the RFE so I was ready to respond. I sent the response back after a day of getting the RFE.

It’s being 28 days since USCIS updated my status to say Response to RFE has been received. I have an EAC number (Vermont Center)  Should I be worried, or concerned?
