What are the documents that i need to have ready and bring to the interview 

And do i have to bring a scrapbook and

Do i have to take vaccines ?

The embassy will either send you the information that you must prepare for the interview that also outlines what documents to bring. They may also have it on their website so check there. Also, find your regional subforum and be a part of that conversation. Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about 3/4 of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.

Scrapbooks are optional but the majority of beneficiary's have a few pictures together BUT NO pictures that can be construed as a wedding, a wedding party even if it is a family gathering. These spells trouble so do go there.

Pictures of family is great but pictures that could be construed as a wedding or wedding celebration or even an engagement party is not recommended.

 

There have been may cases that what you see as a "party" to what the CO sees as a possible "wedding". I would hate to see you come all this way and get denied because of an innocent picture. Why give the CO "ammunition" to use against you in ways you never thought possible? I'll give you an example and from there you'll need to make your own decision. If you want more information than in the upper right corner of this page is a search box. Use the words "marriage ceremony" and you will have more examples.

At our embassy there was a glass (?) window with a small opening at the bottom to pass things through to the officer. There’s no way a scrapbook or photo album would have fit. Just be aware they may not look at/be able to look at that. They aren’t looking for hundreds of photos- a few with family and friends from the multiple visits should suffice.

Can someone explain why the CO is looking for pictures when we already submitted a bunch with the I-129F?

 

Is the CO only looking for pics taken after those included in the I-129F, or is the government process just that stupid that one hand doesn't know what the other has done and/or doesn't get the same information submitted? (not rhetorical, although I can see where many would think so).

What's stupid is they are asking for current evidence at the interview to determine if the relationship is still bonafide after all YOU must prove you will marry within 90 days and that you are not perpetrating a scam. Not all embassy CO's ask for pictures but since they have the gold, they get to make the rules. So, not to be stupid, having a few pictures with you may help, but the stupid part is not having them and being asked for them. You be the jury.

Here's some tricks to use when answering and wanting to quote someone.
 
First, when you use the quote button, go into a LONG posts that you are quoting and if there isn't a need to have the entire post, just delete a small portion of it, but leaving enough of the original post so we can understand what you are replying to.

Second, you can use the "@" sign in a blank reply box then begin typing the person's nick to bring up a list with their name and select their name. If it is done right, you should see a blue box around their nick like this @Greenbaum. When you use the @ sign you would use it in a blank reply and not a "+" reply.

Third is just to use the "heart" icon and select "thanks". Don't really need to say thanks in a quote. (using your example, you were making a comment and a thank you so the way you presented yourself is fine.

Not yet determined , i am still waiting for them to send me to ask for one so if it is gonna be i would say it might be november or January it depends
