Any experiences on this question "Why do you want to be a U.S. citizen?"

I'm thinking of answering that I want to participate in the democracy during the interview, if asked.

Any other experiences and/or suggestions?

Thanks

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Morocco
Timeline

1   to unify family

2   to be able to vote

3   to be able to go and come back even if you stay outside the US a long time

4   to save money as interest rates for loans may be higher for an  immigrant

and you have apply over and over to stay a permanent resident and pay fees

5   as a USC you do not have to worry about being deported
