Starting our K-1 Fiance(e) Visa

We are starting to file our Fiance(e) Visa application. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There is some really good information available to you, and a lot of bad information as well,  I learned to avoid any "You Tuber" who starts off with, HI GUY'S I want to tell you how I got my K1 visa in 3 months or anything like that.  Study the guide provided by USCIS for completion of the 129F.   Save money because this is an expensive process.  Commit to Visa Journey and don't be afraid to ask questions..  Do your time line.  Last, learn to be patient,  particularly with all this Covid mess.  Take nothing for granted to include the medical at SLEC.  Best of luck.

Use the tabs at the top of the page. Don't stick to when area of VJ when so much is offered throughout the site. Use the subforums and don't forget to tap on the flag in your profile and Poof you will be taken to some unbelievable information to help you along the way.

 

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of the conversation. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will better prepare you for your interview.
