At least I know what to look forward too, as I will be filing the I751 next year. So since I am in Vegas also, I will assume a 30 month wait minimum. Will have the N400 filed long before they even look at the I751 it looks like. If my wife manages to get citizenship before 2025 it will be amazing. But I am with the OP. If it doesn't happen within the next 5 years, My wife and I are leaving anyway, was just hoping to get her to full citizenship before leaving, but if not, were definitely not waiting around for USCIS.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

Which is an embarrassment of management. The USCIS is pathetic and we all know it.

Nothing that will currently make any sort of immediate difference. In the future, I hope to see more people and organizations push for reform of USCIS so those that come after us will not be treated this way.

Wow!  Surprised you’re leaving. Hope you stick around VJ and hope her approval comes through soon!

That's the current plan. Will still be around at the minimum another 5 years. The way things go my timeline to leave is always changing. That is my hopeful estimate. But I will still be around VJ for years after that, This is a great resource for anything immigration wise.

Most of the time right now it's the interview part that is clogging up the processing isle as USCIS haven't been able to conduct interviews for several months this year.

That's good news for you as you guys already had an interview at the AOS stage and are therefore much less likely to have an interview for your ROC. Hopefully you also end up at one of the faster service centers on top of that. So you living in Vegas will likely have no impact on your ROC.

Isn't the service center assigned based on where you live? I'd think Nevada ROC cases would all go to California and it's one of the slowest service centers.

Those of you who have pending cases for I-751 since 2018, have you filed the N-400 yet? In some instances, it may bring attention to the pending removal of conditions case.

Filed ROC in 2018. Subsequently filed and interviewed for n400 waiting for i-751 still. It works in some instances but here I am.

No, there doesn't seem to be an exact formula for that. There has also been a ton of work load transfers, so your ROC could technically end up anywhere.

I filled the I-751 on July 2018, 27 months ago. The status has been "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" since January 2020, 9 months ago. It is an absolute embarrassment that it takes 27 months to process this and 9 months to schedule an interview. I'm ready to call the quits, f* this s*, and go back to Australia.

Anyone else's case approaching 30 friking months?
