Removing Conditions Please Help

Hello. We sent a I-751 packet and the tracking number confirms it was received on Sept. 29. We included the notification request. The money order has not cleared and it is now Oct. 11 (13 days) which is unusual. The money order was in my name but I'm thinking that doesn't matter since it is a joint petition to remove conditions on my wife's status that expires on Dec. 21. How can we find out what is going on? Can USCIS look up the petition with her A# and perhaps tell us?

Of course, sending another packet might confuse things.  We just want to get the extension letter so as to rest. Please help.

If everything has been filed just fine, you will get notification soon unless otherwise. You may give them a call after next week I suggest. I had the same situation back in March.

If you look at our spread Sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qxXZIxr2N7TtyEx8adtSQ2D9Z9GuG7fmjXc0sZMAAt8/edit#gid=0

You will see a lot of people in your date range haven't heard from UCIS yet. Don't panic and give it a little time. Patience is key when dealing with USCIS

Not at all unusual

This is also fine. Still within normal time but at any point you're free to call USCIS to check on the status of your petition

This timeline is very helpful and puts our minds at ease.
