In the Montana US Senate race, Bullock just killed what chances he had by promoting court packing. 

 

Biden's handlers are deer in headlights even on CNN of all places:

Obviously Republicans are gonna push this issue a lot more over the coming days and weeks.

     The Republicans will push the issue of court packing?  That should be interesting.  Best to accept what you already know. Both sides will push the limits of the system in their own favor, and they already broke the system while doing it. Hard to call foul now. Republicans are just as complicit as the Democrats in getting us to this point.

Republicans have made threats before, along with Democrats, but none of the threats that have come over the years have come to fruition until Harry Reid. When Democrats say they're going to kill the legislative filibuster and pack courts, people believe them. Republicans aren't making those threats. Ridiculously easy distinction. 

 

What limits are Republicans pushing in this confirmation? 🤔

   Really though, I just read the article like you did. If you want a video good luck. I'm only mildly interested in the topic. Not enough to do your work for you. Regardless, I assume either party will do whatever they can to pack the court in their favor, no matter what they say beforehand.

LOL, I will PM him for destructions.

 

I actually doubt there will be any packing of the court, unless Harris wins, then it is a tad more likely.  And if they do, that will have dire repercussions for many years.  The only video I have seen Biden talking about packing the court is that we don't deserve to know his plans.  Just one (of the many) more reason why I voted Trump this time around.

Hmm, Old Joe seems to be changing his stance regarding court packing.  Now he says he will give a response before Nov. 3rd, and it will be dependent on what happens with ACB.  Considering the confirmation of ACB appears to be a done deal, I guess we can assume his new stance.
