    He has answered the question several times in the past. The article actually has his answer.  As we all know from watching Trump though, none of that really matters anyway. You can just say stuff like "I'm going to elimate the federal deficit in 8 years" and then proceed to do the opposite.

But it seems the situation has changed as to the leadership in the Congress.  Makes his previous responses meaningless.  Additionally, President Trump has answered the white supremacist question, yet the MSM keeps asking it, so why shouldn’t Joe face the same scrutiny.

Well we know where Grassley and Graham sit on court packing. There is no way they will ever approve a nominee for the supreme court in an election year. 🤣

 

There is no incentive for Biden to show his cards on this topic.

So voters can assume what we want, and given the fact that Biden has previously said he is against it, but will not confirm that position today and his running mate has shown their position more recently, I think the assumption is pretty clear.
