Hello Everyone,

I will be applying for the removal of conditions on my 2 years Greencard.

I am hoping that you could help me think what else to add as a supporting documents to our marriage.

Below is the list that I have wherein my name is included in the document:

1. Life insurance, I as beneficiary

2. Bank Joint account

3. Energy Bill

4. Photos together and with the family

5. Tax returns

My name is not included in the house we are living in right now, he have the house before I came here to USA.

I am hoping that you could help me think what else that I could include in

my list of supporting documents as I apply for the removal of conditions on my Greencard.

Thank you so much for your help.

Are you on the same health insurance plan? Copy of your drivers licenses that show you reside at the same address. Do you have a retirement plan (401k 403b) with each other as the beneficiary? Pieces of mail addressed to you both. Car in both your names? Joint credit card?

Hello, thank you for your response.

We don't have a car in both names, we are still saving to buy my car.

No credit cards on both names too.

Should the health insurance plan need be a copy of the health insurance policy? or the card will do?

Thank you.

Hello, I know this is a very strong supporting document.

But, I could have been included in the deed a long time ago.. but.................but....

I rest the discussion on this.

Thank you.

I second the recommendation to be added to the deed.

I have the W2 and just one bill (energy bill)

Hello. Thank you for this. Will add the driver's license with same address.

And I'll work on being added in the Costco membership.

Thank you.
