Application Error in DS260 (DV-2021)

Hello, everyone! My name is Maria.

Please, help! I can't fill in the form DS260 for 3,5 months! I started well in June, but suddenly something went wrong, and the system began to issue an application error! So, I can't move forward since the beginning of July! The page I stuck in is about previous journey to the USA (info about visa and my stay). I tried to continue from my smartphone, but it didn't help: the same Application Error.

Don't repeat my mistake: please, write integers instead of fractions when fill in the column about your previous stay in the USA.

None of the DVs are being processed right now anyways and it won't be for another 2 months minimum. So you have time... This error happens from time to time. Just try again at a later time.

Thank you for your answer! This error occures very often, and it usually takes a week to continue. But if the problem is not in website, if there is a mistake in the information you fill in the columns, like in my case, this error will never gonna be resolved. By the way, I think in my case I could use the dot instead of comma in fraction.
