where to find OF-169 and OF-230 forms?

My husband is a US citizen, i am South African. We have recieved a letter to say that our I-130 has been approved and i am waiting for the packet of forms to arrive that i will need to take with to the interview once it is scheduled. i was wondering though, if anybody knows where i can get a copy of these forms:

(1) OF-169; and

(2) OF-230 (parts 1 & 2) ?

i would like to familiarize myself with them before i need to fill them out to eliminate making any careless mistakes. i haven't been able to find them online though. any help would be greatly appreciated!

OF-169 is also known as DS-2001 and can vary from consulate to consulate, it is a check list of things needed for the interview, (Police report, birth cert, divorce certs, death certs, military record, ect...) OF-230 is the old designation for DS-230 and you can find DS-230 here: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf

Goggle them.

Be aware that OF-169 is now designated DS-2001, although some consulates still use the old designation and many consulates print their own versions of the form.

OF-230 is now designated DS-230.
