Do we need to file Form I-864A?

Hi all! 

 

Wondering if we need to file Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member. 

 

We’re using my husband’s assets (intending immigrant) to supplement my income, but no assets from any other household member. Does that mean we can just file the I-864? Or do we need to use both forms?
