I was checking the sample form here on the DS156 form, and i checked the DS156 on the US embassy, Manila website and it appears they have changed the form, just passing this alone.

Hello!

Is it okay to fill out the DS156 before we receive our packet? I noticed on the form it will generate a barcode. Does the form also get submitted electronically somewhere? I guess we're eager to move things along but cautious not to do something too far ahead. Thanks in advance. We're hoping to get our packet soon. Take care everyone.
