Yes. Hanout, I am giving you urgent answer. You should email NVC stating that you want your wife to be your choice of agent. Therefore, all future correspondence should be sent to her from NVC. You must provide her name, complete mailing address, and her date of birth as well as provide your name. Write down your NVC case number on the e-mail Subject area. NVC will reply you with the acceptance of choice of agent in about 2-10 days.

You do not need to send any DS 3032 form to NVC, since you will email NVC about your choice of agent.

Hanout, here are the answers:

1) You can email NVC right now, since your DS 3032 has already been generated. You don't have to wait to receive DS 3032 by postal mail.

2) When you send an email to anyone, you type the person's email address and then just below that there is a place where you will see "Subject" where we usually write "Hello," "Hi," etc. For this case, you need to write your NVC case numer on the subject line.

3) You use your own email address (not your wife's) to email NVC about choice of agent. Choice of agent email must be sent by the beneficiary (you, in this case), not by the US CItizen petitioner (your wife, in this case).

Your sample is a good one, but be careful with the language when you email them. If I understand you so far, then you are the beneficiary (the non US citizen) and your wife is the US Citizen petitioner. So if I above assumptions are right, then you (the beneficiary) can email the following:

To:nvcinquiry@state.gov

Subject :NVC Case Number BMB##########

(Text of e-mail below)

Case Number = BMB##########

Beneficiary Name and DOB = Your name and date of birth

Petitioners Name and DOB = Your wife's name and date of birth

Dear Sir/Madam:

I, Zinedine Hanout (enter your name) is the beneficiary and my NVC assigned case number is BMB##########.

Unfortunately I cannot locate my Choice of Agent form DS-3032 and would like to appoint my wife (enter her name) as my agent of choice to receive all correspondence from NVC.

My wife's (the petitioner) name and address are as follows:

(Wife's name and USA address)

All correspondence from the National Visa Center concerning my immigration visa process should be sent to the address referenced above.

Please kindly reply with a correspondence acknowledging the recepit of this e-mail in lieu of the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form. Thank you for your kind help.

Sincerely,

Zinedine Hanout (Enter Your name)

Good job, Hanout. Now please relax. Yes, you are right. NVC will send I-864 packet to your wife once they take care of the AOS Fee Bill ($70.00). It will be about 2-3 weeks from now for NVC to generate I-864. Your wife should receive the packet in about 3 weeks from now. In the meantime, she will also receive IV Fee Bill from NVC after NVC accepts her as your choice of agent. The IV (Immigrant Visa) Fee is $380.00
