Hello
My K1 visa case has been in NVC since June and I just requested the expedite procedure and the NVC
has denied me that K1 visas are already expedite. Please someone from the Schengen area who has requested it ???

NVC is correct.   If you want an expedite you need to get approved by consulate

YMMV

K-1 from Schengen Area is not directly banned under the Executive Order affecting all of Schengen Area, but the enforcement clause of that EO currently prohibits issuing such visas.

There is at least 1 court case challenging this implementation as a legal means to use the visa is available (going to a non-banned country for 14+ days before US entry).

your expedited denied means they will processed in the order they already have . Not much you can do. Sit tight and wait and than wait some more

For what reason were you requesting an expedite? Note that “I’ve waited too long” or “I miss my fiancé” are not valid reasons. There are valid reasons for an expedite (for example, if you have a child together who is a USC as parents of minor USC children are exempt from the travel ban).

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

K1s are pretty hard to expedite unless there is a very good reason.  When the consulate get back to normal or the court case prevails then the fiance can set the appointment.

For a K-1 application NVC only has your file for less than 30 days, if not less in normal times. Since we are not in normal times NVC will not expedite your case file but leaves it up to the Embassy who controls the flow of files from NVC

Madrid has only issued 2 K-1 visas because of the Schengen Area proclamation: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/nonimmigrant-visa-statistics/monthly-nonimmigrant-visa-issuances.html Those 2 cases were exempt to the Proclamation; for example: parent of unmarried US citizen child under the age of 21, etc.: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/03/16/2020-05578/suspension-of-entry-as-immigrants-and-nonimmigrants-of-certain-additional-persons-who-pose-a-risk-of
