Hello

I need some help on how to check if NVC received my packet from USCIS. My case was approved on August 16th, since then I haven't receive any letter or confirmation from NVC. Thanks.

There is no way of checking online but you can call them. It's rare that a record that was approved "gets lost" on the way to NVC. So, rest assured that yours is there if you have received a NOA2 from USCIS. I outline a lot of these concerns in the monthly NOA2 to NVC to Embassy threads. You'll find the link on the first page and the first post of your month. Since you haven't completed a timeline, I can't direct you to the thread you should be which is based on the month you were approved.  See the https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/128-k-1-fiancee-visa-case-filing-and-progress-reports/ and search for your month. In the meantime can you complete your timeline.  :time:

And you won't until they send the file to the consulate.   Since most consulates are not yet doing k1 interviews yet, no files have shipped since April

YMMV

Files are now leaving NVC to those countries who have asked for them. It's a handful only but the log jam is beginning to move.
