Signs of life from Manila Embassy

Woke up this morning to the news that my stepdaughter has received her interview appointment for November 13. Looks like Manila is finally trying to work through some IR1/2 cases!

Actually, USEM has been processing IR1/IR2 cases since June.  They probably prioritized the expedited cases and the ones with medicals completed and interviews cancelled due to the embassy closure.

"They probably prioritized the expedited cases..." which is practically everyone lol. You wonder how easy it is to get an expedited interview there.
