James and I are getting ready to move into a house this weekend (yay!) and at the same time his EAD is nearing its 90 days to expiration so we are going to file for a renewal with plenty of time to get the card in case USCIS is behind. Anyways, I am preparing the form at the moment and seeing as we will only be in our current apartment until the end of the week (although we will hopefully have access to the mailbox until the end of July when our lease is up there, if that even matters) and I was wondering if I should use our new address on the application instead of the old address. We have not yet filed the change of address forms since obviously we haven't moved, so I would not want to raise any eyebrows by putting a different address on an application without ever having notified USCIS that we are moving. So, someone brilliant please tell me what to do :)

Miranda

Oh no another question.....all AOS apps get mailed to Chicago, right? So that is where we applied for an EAD from before...? Seems to me like EAD actually got processed in Atlanta though, but we mailed original app to Chicago, but the current EAD I'm doing gets mailed to Texas, so who the heck did we ask for an EAD from in the first place?

Lol I guess I will be the most common poster on my own topic ;) We have decided to file for EAD on next Mon, which will be exactly 100 days until EAD expires and we will be in our new home at that time so I don't need to worry about which address to use.

Thanks :) Why is it everytime you make a post on here with a question a sudden moment of clarity happens and you know the answer you were asking for and feel silly for posting? O well :) Heres hoping it doesn't rain this weekend for our move (we're in a drought here so it figures we FINALLY get rain the weekend I'm moving). :)
