I am bringing everything too.  I won’t submit a new affidavit but I will add whatever  is new, so new pay stubs for me, employment verification letter, and for hin too because he is working now. Then, anything that shows both of our names on it.

 Are you nervous? I am.

Yes we’ve known each other for 4 years and married 2. We have a previous denial. We are getting a lawyer tho.

Ahh, I get the being nervous if you got a denial.  I would say as long as you put more meat (evidence) on the issue that caused the previous denial, you are good.  Make sure you have the lawyer available via phone in case you need him/her.

Best of luck! We will keep you posted on out experience.

We have known each other for over a decade, been together 3.5, and married 1.5 years, so I am not worried on that front. But, since my husband is so bad with dates, I am anxious for that. Lol However, another person had the same situation and they got approved, even though her husband (beneficiary) had a horrible memory. Haha

My service center is Orlando as well.

still no biometrics

My case is now in NBC, its aos for i140 approved, eb3 philippines.

I once sent a mail to my interviewing officer to enquire if I need a second interview as shown in my case search.

I got an email that my case do not need a second interview and they forward my file to NBC as my priority date was not current.

They even requested NBC to pull my case for decision.

I love ORLANDO.

I filed my AOS on early August 2020, and only got the initial NOAs. I am still waiting for my biometrics appointment. It's frustrating that it's taking so long.
Has anyone had a biometrics appointment recently in Orlando?
