05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

I never expected it but just the the email i had been waiting for!!!!!

now onto NVC, not there long at all but you can call them in a week or so to find out if you have got a case #, it will begin with LND :yes:

Great news!!.....The next bit goes realy fast............but its a great ride, have you got your police certificate??, get your other half to download and send I-134 plus evidence, copies of everything!! yay :thumbs:

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Congratulations!!! it is such a great feeling isnt it!!! in your response to whats next just to give you a heads up.... Nebraska takes FOREVER to get the petition to the NVC! its been two weeks for me and they still havent even received it yet. so just be patient and hopeful everything will go fast and smoothly for ya!!! :D
