SINCE NOV 2019 NO BIOMETRICS

Hi, 
I need really an advice I have filed for ROC to California Service Center in NOV 2019 case starts with WAC I have not received neither biometrics or even waived biometrics, or used biometrics previously or decision on the case what can I do here ? 
It has been a rough ride any advice please ?

Yes I did and I submitted an case inquiry and they sent me an actual extension letter again which I informed them I have not received my biometrics or anything

I filed in July 2019 and haven't done biometrics either. 

 

I've called, filed multiple SR's and get told every time that my case is still within normal processing times.

Thank you for responding. I really am waiting and I understand and respect the delays but many people has received a notice about biometrics waived

I get it, I filed N400 in June this year and nothing has happened with that either. 

 

Just have to accept that USCIS doesn't make sense

I filed early Oct 2019 and just received that letter about biometrics being waived recently. I heard they sometimes don’t even send it at all.
