USCIS Fees after 10/02/2020

Hello 

 

Quick question. We're filing out I-485 and I-130 but I can see that the fees on the USCIS calculator ( https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator)  haven't changed. Anyone knows what fees we have to submit ( Old or new ones)?  It's very confusing with the new injunction. https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-response-to-preliminary-injunction-of-fee-rule

as there's a short break about increasing fees and stuff, applicants must follow the previous fees and current forms éditions. That's what i havr been told
