My I-140 was approved in August 2020 but until now it wasn't received by NVC. My status on USCIS is that the case was approved and the decision was emailed. it passed mor thar 6 weeks. Any tips about what should I do?

it sounds strange for me, because I have friends in the same situation and all of them have they cases send in about two months. One of my friends had the case approved before mine and he is already paying the fee bill. I asked NVC, and they told me that I should take no more than 6 weeks to be send to them.
