I had the same issue, my documents were received on Friday March 6th and my window was opened March 7th. Even though I paid for two days shipping but it arrived a day earlier. They returned it, I did nothing than shipping back the whole package and they received it on April 2. It is annoying since it took almost 3 weeks for them to ship back for a one day early arrival.

Since they already scanned all the documents I left everything untouched. Now, waiting for either interview or approval.
