Two groups of people are launching lawsuits against the immigration ban for specific categories. The first group is led by lawyers Greg Siskind and Charles Kuck. The second is led by Curtis Morrison and Rafael Urena. If you belong to the categories in question, you can join the lawsuits. I am in no way related to these but posting for general awareness.

FEE TO PARTICIPATE:

The upfront fee per family is $500 to start the representation. The final payment upon visa beneficiary clients' arrival in the USA will be $500 additional per family member who enters the US.
For example, for a single visa applicant, the fee would be $500 now, and $500 upon her entry into the USA.

For example, for two visa applicants from the same petitioner, the fee would be $500 now, and $1,000 upon their entry into the USA.

(And so on.) If there is no entry into the USA, the final payment is waived.

Sounds like a nice earner.

These folks have delivered some results for their plaintiffs already in DV lottery cases,  and a recent court decision (NAM v. DHS) lays the legal groundwork for further action. In the DV lottery cases, the judge ruled against the government but restricted the relief to named defendants only (ie: people who participated in the lawsuits). EIther way, will be interesting to watch what happens with these. Also, some heavy hitters involved. Former president of the AILA, incoming president of the AILA...
