DCF London - G325A question

HI,

We are getting ready to file an I-130 for me in London. We have been going through the checklist of everything and we have all our paperwork together. I just have a quick question about the G-325A. I have completed one for me (Spouse - UK citizen) and one for my husband (US citizen) and printed them out.

When they print out there are 4 copies of each? Do I send in 4 copies or just 1 each? Also...the photographs...do I just staple them to the bottom right hand corner of the form? If i have to file 4 do I have to have 4 photographs?

I've been reading around the forums but I can't seem to get a clear answer on this.

Any info would be appreciated!!!!

As per the I-130 checklist (see here: http://www.usembassy.org.uk/dhs/forms/i130..._for_spouse.pdf) you only have to provide one G-325A each for the petitioner and beneficiary -- no need for four. Bruce and I stapled our respective photos to the bottom right hand corner and that was just fine. Good luck!

1 four page G-325A, it is a four page form, fill in page 1, and print it out, pages 2-4 will be filled out for you, each page has a different section at USCIS that it goes to, and if you look at the bottom of each page they are different.

Sorry to disagree here, YuAndDan, but the checklist for DCF in London is clear: only the first page of the G-325A is needed. In fact it says:

Only one form to be completed by the petitioner and one form by his/her spouse. Do not submit multiple copies (even though you might see instructions elsewhere to do so).

As someone who just completed DCF through London and submitted only one copy, I can assure you that this is what is supposed to be done. This may not be the case for other embassies or for the service centres, but it is the case for London right now.

That being said, I totally missed the checklist when I sent my I-130 package to London USCIS and it wasn't a problem that I had included all the extra pages and left out the checklist. I was a bit freaked out about that for a while as I saw the checklist thing after submitting the I-130 but before getting the NOA2. We're working on packet 3 now though.

That's right - we probably won't be sending the readiness for interview form until August.

Sorry to bother you again...i'm just so paranoid about getting these forms right! With the G-325A at the bottom it asks what this form is submitted in connection to. Do we both just tick the box other and put in connection to I-130 application? Or do we tick status as permanent resident?

Tick "other" and put in "petition for alien relative" or "petition for alien spouse" or something like that.
