Standard Disclosure / Complete Disclosure

Hi, 

I got my Police clearance certificate from National Police check Australia. NVC has rejected my document twice stating its not the required document. They are asking for complete disclosure document instead of what I have uploaded which is standard disclosure. I cant find any link to get complete disclosure clearance certificate. Any one has clue about it?

Which category code did you select? The following post might help:

@HRQX thanks a lot mate. I just looked at the category and can see the difference how they issue certificate. option number 33 will show all offences. I guess thats the one i need.

Yup, looks like we made the same mistake!  Good luck, at least you can get it online unlike China which was brutal.  but at least its done, we have our interview scheduled in 2 weeks.

Hi, just received my document and it says complete Disclosure. I chose category Code ‘33’ – Immigration/Citizenship – for supply to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Dont chose category 35 which is standard disclosure.
