I-864 Question

I am filling out the I-864 form and in Part 3 Item 2 it asks for family members (in this case my daughter) immigrating the same time as the principal immigrant (my wife). 

Although my daughter was born in Brazil, I believe the following applies to her:

The following types of intending immigrants do not need to file Form I-864:

 

Any intending immigrant who will, upon admission, acquire U.S. citizenship under section 320 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended by the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 (CCA);

 

In this case should I include my daughter in Part 3 Item 2 or just leave it blank?

I'm a bit confused, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you see what it says in (  ) in item 2?
