If I get naturalized before Nov election, can I vote for election?

Say if I get naturalized one week before. or is there any additional step for registration and so on?

Massachusetts offers online voter registration. You can register by mail to vote in Massachusetts by printing a voter registration form, filling it out, and mailing it to your local election office. You can also register to vote in person if you prefer.

 

Registration deadlines
Online: Oct. 24
By mail: Postmarked by Oct. 24
In person: Oct. 24
 
Absentee ballot deadlines
Request: Received by Oct. 28 by 5:00 p.m.
Return by mail: Postmarked by Nov. 3
Return in person: Nov. 3 by close of polls

I guess if you take the oath by October 24th. If you only "pass" the interview before then and your oath is after the 24th, I don't think you can even if the interviewer tells you after the interview he will recommend you. (May not apply to you but just saying for others).
