I followed the RFE to messages given to me by NVC, and did not upload I-864A during the first RFE.

As a result, the second RFE asked me to upload I-864A again, so I was also confused about the standards required by NCV.

In addition, foreign spouses are required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship, so I really still want to respond to this RFE.2.thumb.JPG.e44060854927d3e28f4485b2be4273e1.JPG2.thumb.JPG.e44060854927d3e28f4485b2be4273e1.JPG

You really should make your own thread. Anyway what exactly is going on? Why are you submitting the 864a? Are you using a household members income? Is it part of your co-sponsors 864? And if you are referring to you as the foreign spouse needing to submit proof of citizenship - no. You submitted the 130. You already showed proof you are.
