For those who sent their applications when i-944 was banned, did you get NOA1 and/or RFE????

did you case get approved?

since i-944 has now came back, they are going to issue RFE. i was wondering if there is anyone who got lucky and didnt get RFE or rejection.

It was retro activated to the original date, 2/24/2020.  Anyone who mailed their application on or after that date without including the I-944 will need to submit it before receiving a green card.  RFEs are generally issued later in the process, when the field office is adjudicating the application, so it could be months or a year before some get RFEs.

NOA1 is just a receipt notice and RFE(s) can still be issued after receipt notice is sent out. Did you mean Green Card approval? "We will not re-adjudicate any applications and petitions that were approved following the issuance of the July 29, 2020, injunction continuing until the date of this notice." https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge/injunction-of-the-inadmissibility-on-public-charge-grounds-final-rule

I filed in August and received an RFE letter on November 12th.  One of the most difficult documents to obtain is birth certificates for your children, so if you don't have them order them now and avoid delay.
