Congrats! Finally 🎉   When you expedited, was it with Emma and did you need a job offer letter?

Yes I chatted with Emma and stated the reason was financial loss. That’s it. I prepared a bunch of bills and a job offer but they didnt ask for anything 😂

Hey! Thanks for the update, that's awesome news!

I got my EAD in Feb (expedited through congressman re job offer in medical field) and soon after got the notification that my 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview'. It's been two months and I haven't heard anything since then but your post gives me a little hope.

Good luck with your interview!

it was the same for me, nothing happened after biometrics. thats why i contacted the congressman once again and 3 days later my interview was scheduled.. maybe a coincidence..but i wouldnt bet my life on it. i feel like someone pulled the strings for me.

EB2 India

My PD is September 2010

Receipt date of I-485 is October 2020.

Received my EAD in Feb 2021

Live in Reno, NV

Can someone confirm if the AOS interviews are getting waived consistently? If yes, how long to receive the GC once the PD is current; My PD will be current in June 2021 visa bulletin.

If the interviews are not being waived then how long before the interview in scheduled once the PD is current.

Thanks in advance.
