So happy to see things moving in the group!
Still waiting for biometrics appointment, hopefully it’ll happen soon. The estimation for my ead is February 2022 but I don’t (want to) believe that. I can’t not work for another year when it’s already been 3 months and it’s driving me crazy! Waiting a few months is ok but renouncing livelihood, benefits, retirement and opportunities for that long is ridiculous.
Just venting here, happy new year everyone, hope 2021 will bring good surprises!

Got my bio appointment letter yesterday but my appointment was for January 4th, so so frustrating!!
I called USCIS and a tier 2 agent is supposed to contact me back within 48 hours, keeping my fingers crossed.

Sorry to hear that😢

i hope you can get a new date asap!🤞🏼
mine is later today.

Uscis recieved my case on oct 8th 2020 I got receipt notice for aos  im still waiting on my biometric  appointment  should I call uscis or is this normal wait time ?

it is normal. I think it also depends on your local office.

From what I have seen on FB groups, there's still people that applied before October that still haven't gotten their bio appointments..

Hi, Great site, AOS checklist and thread. I haven't been able to find a similar thread/checklist for AOS from B-2. If someone could point me there it would be great.  Also, I noticed this October thread is the latest, has no one submitted AOS since?

Also curious if anyone can help on my submission problem.  I sent my wife's I-485 Priority Mail from San Antonio to the Chicago lockbox on 21 Dec. Tracking shows it in Chicago on Christmas Day and the last tracking says it's delayed on the 29th.  Is there a way to find out from USCIS if they received it? I have tracing request in with USPS but not holding much hope there.  Hoping to see a big charge on my credit card but worried they don't even have it yet.

Update, I finally have a $1225 charge on my CC so at least I know they have my package.  Woohoo
