Before all of this I had an request to expedite and it got approved on 9/30 they said a decision will be made within 45 days then on 10/1  got something on my document tab on the USCIS website that says 1-130 approved on 9/30 with a vague statement that says the its been approved but no clear instructions on what to do next. it does says cased closed but on the bottom it says "In Process Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review."  I called up USCIS to confirm if our case was approved or not and she says its not saying we have been approved but we have to do biometrics and get our interview done before it gets approved. I know that this is after i130 stage and all I wanted to know if my  i130 package  got  approved and if this is an NAO2. I did request to speak to an tier 2 agent but unfortunately they can't talk right now I guess because they only do it in the morning. Anyways any advice would be helpful at this point thanks in advance
