AOS no record at USCIS

I filed AOS from K1 visa Sept 3 via USPS and the package was received and signed for on Sept 7. I’ve done the live chat and emailed the lockbox and there’s no record of any application received. USCIS says to contact the lockbox and the lockbox replied to an email saying that they can’t help with my inquiry. I’m getting frustrated, but should I just be patient and continue to wait?  Just annoying getting bounced back and forth and there’s NO record of my application. Thoughts?  Thank you.

As long as its signed for and you sent it to the correct address nothing to do but wait.

They're probably overflowing with applications right now because many filed the last two months to avoid the expected new fees.  

The same happened back in February before the I944 came out. Suddenly it took way longer to get the NOA1.
