Hello all,

I came into the US with a K1 visa and I'll be having my AOS interview in a couple of weeks. We filed the AOS in November. However, due to COVID, my husband had to get a new job. He is still more than capable to support the both of us. My question is, because his current job is different from the job he had when he filled out the Affidavit of Support, should we fill out a new Affidavit of Support to bring to my interview?

Thank you!

Yes. Take an updated I-864 and supporting documents to the interview with you.

Thank you! I imagined so. Did you have to do that for yourself? If so, did you use your maiden name or was all the information completely updated?

I didn't change my name, so that wasn't an issue.
