Naturalization & Name Change - What order to update ID, SSCard, etc?

So I got naturalized recently and also had my name changed, which is shown on my certificate. However, they did not give anyone the additional document (she said there was a document which the judge signs off on to say he approves your name change) this is due to Covid, the judge was streaming on a live video from another city during the ceremony. They said it will be mailed to us. I do have the certificate with me though.

1. Do I have to wait for that document to arrive before doing anything?

2. In what order do I update all my stuff due to the name change?

3. Can I go register to vote with just the Naturalization / Citizenship Certificate?

Thanks!

Mo

went to register Adil to vote (they didn't look at naturaliztion papers or our POA )  we just had the form printed out and signed by him

Strange , but seems they don't need any proofs except your address

It depends on then state of residence. Check your state elections website to see if there is still time to register.

In my state Ohio, you can register to vote by going to board of elections office but will not be fully verified as SSN is not updated with new name.

But still will be able to cast a provisional ballot.

Recommend you to call your county board of elections office.

Order of update depends on state again. In my state DMV was not able to give compliant drivers license for me till I update my name change with SSN. So, I updated SSN first and then went to DMV again to get complaint drivers license.

Ok so what about the document they mentioned at the ceremony that will be mailed (Suppose to be the judges approval for name change). Do I have to wait for this first to get anything else done besides voting? Thanks.

So far no one asked me name change document other than Visa for my home country where they do not allow dual nationality. SSN office and DMV did not ask for name change document. In my state, both SSN office and DMV accepts naturalization certificate for proof of name change.
