Processing time of I-130 form

Hi all

i have submit my 1-130 form for Cr1 in end Feb and receive NOA1 on Mar2020. Then no more update...Anyone have experience that how long will receive the NOV2 now? My friend received the NOV1 on December 2019 and now still waiting for NOV2, the priority date is earlier than processing time now... so wondering if it will delay a long time due to covid-19?

Each case is different.  Some had their NOA2 in a few months, others have waited for over a year.  And covid seems to have little impact - many have been approved since March, and others in 2019, before covid, didn't get approved yet.

 

You should contact USCIS if your case is outside the normal processing window.

You mean even in the same period, not every case approved... oh ok. So waiting if the only way.thanks
